This is the same SWOS 96/97 with one difference: it never hangs. It may crush, but it will not hang.
Sometimes SWOS hangs, especially at the end of the season, before the next one, when computer computes the results in leagues. This is made by programmers themselves, in my opinion - for debugging reasons.
I have removed those hangs.
Also this patch fixes Eurocups: Champions Cup, UEFA Cup, Cup-Winners Cup no longer has "alphabetic countries seeding" in the first rounds and has the seeded form in Champions Cup and random draw in UEFA Cup and Cup-Winners Cup.
